Whichever fits the job. We build with Claude, ChatGPT and OpenAI models, Codex, Gemini, and plain integrations when no model is needed. The client owns everything regardless of which one did the work.

AlphaFlow Consulting is based in Chicago, Illinois, and works remotely with clients across the United States and Canada. Anywhere with a video call and a shared login works.

Solo founders through mid-size companies: professional services, real estate, insurance, agencies, logistics, healthcare administration, and e-commerce operations. If one workflow eats five or more hours a week, it usually pays for itself.

How much does AI automation consulting cost?

Fixed quote after a free strategy call. A single automation for a five-person shop and an agent system plus team training for a 150-person operation are very different builds, so we price the actual work.

How long until something is live?

Ten business days from the end of the strategy call to a deployed, documented system. That's the standard AI Ops Sprint.

Do we need a technical team?

No. We handle strategy, build, deployment, and documentation. If you have engineers, we work alongside them and hand over what we know as we go.
