AlphaFlow Consulting is a Chicago-based AI consultant that designs, builds, and deploys custom AI agents and workflow automation for small and mid-size businesses. Neeraj Chemburkar runs it. He is a product leader turned AI systems builder who spent 11 years shipping financial technology at JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs (via NextCapital) and Discover (now Capital One), then started AlphaFlow to help other businesses get AI working inside their own operations. It depends on scope. An automation for a solo founder and an agent system for a fifty-person operation are very different builds. That's what the strategy call is for: we scope the work and you get a fixed quote before anything starts. The call is free and there's no obligation.
No. We handle strategy, build, deployment, and documentation, and your team just uses the result. If you do have engineers, we work alongside them and hand over what we know as we go.
Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and whatever new agent tooling has shipped by the time we start. Those plug into the tools you already run: your CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting software. Nobody has to learn a new platform.
Every sprint ships with documentation and a full handoff, so you're never locked in. Most clients keep us on to monitor and expand the system. That part is optional.
If one workflow eats five or more hours a week, automation usually pays for itself quickly. We work with solo founders and with funded teams. The system gets sized to the business either way.
Yes. AlphaFlow Consulting is a Chicago-based AI consultant, founder-led out of the West Loop, and we work remotely with clients across the US and Canada. In-person sessions are available anywhere in Chicago. Most engagements run remotely: calls, builds, and deployment happen over video and shared tooling, and where you sit doesn't change the timeline.
We build inside your accounts and your infrastructure wherever possible, with access scoped to exactly what the workflow needs. Your data isn't used to train anything.
